These Terms govern your use of impossible MATH (the “App”), provided by LM Media LLC. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t install or use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, for non-commercial personal entertainment.
The App offers a single optional, non-consumable in-app purchase (“Remove Ads”) at the price displayed by Apple at time of purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple’s standard in-app purchase terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
The free version of the App displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. We do not control the content of those advertisements. If you have purchased Remove Ads, the App will stop requesting and displaying advertisements.
Use of Game Center features is subject to Apple’s separate terms. Use of the global leaderboard is optional; we may at our discretion remove entries that violate these Terms or that we believe were submitted fraudulently.
The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will LM Media LLC, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
